Russian e-Visa for Cypriots
The government of Russia has introduced an online visa authorization system that allows travelers from a select group of countries to apply for a Russian e-visa, which includes Cypriot nationals.
The initiative is part of Russia’s efforts to make it easier for travelers to obtain the authorizations they need to enter Russia.
This way, travelers from Cyprus are spared the time and effort it takes to visit a local Russian embassy or consulate in order to obtain a visa. Instead, Cypriots can apply for the Russia visa online, pay the processing fee, and receive the travel permit via email all within a matter of days.
