Apply for Russian Evisa from Romania
Applying for a Russian electronic visa is quick and simple. Thanks to the new initiative, you can apply for a Russian evisa from Romania – that means you can apply from the comfort of your own home. There is no need to visit an embassy, gather visa paperwork, or have an interview with an immigration officer. Everything is done through the internet.
The first step to apply for any of the Russian visa application is to begin an online application.
The application takes less than one hour to complete and is simple and straightfoward. It asks the applicant basic questions such as their full name (first and last name), passport information (date of issue and expiration, nationality, passport number), contact information (email, address, phone number), and travel plans.
At the end of the form, travelers will need to upload a clear and colorized photo of themselves, looking straight at the camera and without anything covering their face. Afterwards, they must pay the application fee and wait for an email stating the result of their Russian visa.
The average processing time of a Russian evisa is usually within 2 to 4 business days, although in rare cases it may take longer than expected, especially if there are public holidays or if additional paperwork is required.
Please note that you can apply for any type of Russian evisa within 20 days before your visit, but not more than four days before your expected date of arrival in Russia.
